Every website delivery includes a revision round within the first 7 days. After that, smaller changes are covered under your support plan, and larger redesigns are quoted separately. We're always available to help.

Most products are delivered within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of your brand details. Larger bundles may take up to 72 hours. We always confirm the exact delivery timeline when your order is placed.

Yes. Every product is customised with your business name, logo, brand colours, contact details, and relevant content before delivery. You won't receive a generic template — it will look and feel like it was built for your property.

We offer revisions until you're happy. If we genuinely cannot deliver what was described and agreed, we provide a full refund. We stand behind every product we ship and your satisfaction is non-negotiable for us.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and Razorpay (which covers debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets). For larger projects, we send a secure payment link and can arrange EMI or milestone-based payments.

Yes. For custom service projects, we typically work on a milestone-based payment structure — a portion upfront, a portion midway, and the remainder on delivery. For products and bundles, EMI options are available on request. Just ask us.

Never. Transparency is a core value at HIMVIA. Before any work begins, we give you a detailed quote covering everything. The only additional costs would be third-party tools (like hosting, domain, or ad spend) which we always disclose upfront.

For products: we offer revisions until you're satisfied. If we cannot deliver as described, a full refund is issued. For custom projects: deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, but we work closely with you to ensure the final result meets the agreed brief. We have never had a dispute we couldn't resolve.
